Laura did well in a very inhospitable market environment. We had no choice but to move, as our new home was ready, the post-COVID boom in real estate had come and gone and the increase in interest rates apparently left prospective buyers shell-shocked. She came up with an idea for an interest rate buy-down that, had we sold to an ordinary buyer, would have provided a good inducement to them; however, we ended up selling to a couple who paid cash, and the point was moot. She was fun to work with and best of all, she got the job done. I would strongly encourage anyone to list their home with Laura!
