We could not have asked for a better realtor, we purchased our home long distance sight unseen and Laura handled everything for us. She took us on extensive tours of the area when we visited and always went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She knew the area, was always available, and was knowledgeable about every aspect of the home-buying process. Her extensive construction background was so helpful as our home was being built. Laura did well in a very inhospitable market environment. We had no choice but to move, as our new home was ready, the post-COVID boom in real estate had come and gone and the increase in interest rates apparently left prospective buyers shell-shocked. She came up with an idea for an interest rate buy-down that, had we sold to an ordinary buyer, would have provided a good inducement to them; however, we ended up selling to a couple who paid cash, and the point was moot. She was fun to work with and best of all, she got the job done. I would strongly encourage anyone to list their home with Laura!
